Watercraft Inspectors Wanted
Town of Lake Mills is seeking individuals to act as Watercraft Inspectors during the summer 2019 boating season to educate boaters and prevent the spread of aquatic invasive species on Rock Lake. The next election in the Town of Lake Mills is the Spring Election on Tuesday, April 2, 2019. A list of candidates, and information on registering to vote and requesting an absentee ballot can be found at townoflakemills.org/election-information.

LOCATION AND HOURS OF POLLING PLACE
At the General Election to be held on April 2, 2019, in the Town of Lake Mills, Jefferson County, Wisconsin, the following polling place location will be used for the wards indicated:
Wards 1, 2 & 3: Town of Lake Mills Town Hall, 1111 South Main Street, Lake Mills, WI 53551
ALL POLLING PLACES WILL OPEN AT 7:00 A.M. AND WILL CLOSE AT 8:00 P.M.

The Town Board of Lake Mills hereby notifies you that the town’s winter parking regulations are in effect and will be enforced according to Town Ordinance 6-2-4(4) as follows:
(4) Night parking prohibited: No person shall park a vehicle on any Town road in the Town of Lake Mills between 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. during the months of November, December, January, February, and March of any year.
Violation of this ordinance will result in issuance of penalty to the owner of the vehicle in violation.

STREETS DESIGNATED AS SEASONAL CLASS “B” HIGHWAYS.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the following is a list of streets and highways located in the Town of Lake Mills, Wisconsin that are hereby to be designated as Class “B” highways subject to the weight limitations imposed on class “B” highways by the Wisconsin Statutes adopted as stated in Town Ordinance 5-10, Weight Limits on Streets and Highways from March 1, to May 1 of any one year. These highways will be designated as Class “A” highways during the remaining months of the year. The dates listed in this section are subject to change by an Emergency Order issued by the Town Board.
