Building Inspection Services
The Town of Lake Mills has contracted with MSA for building inspection services. Jeff Fitzwilliams, Building Inspector will be the primary contact for building permitting.
Applications, contact information and instructions are available on the Town Website
The Building Inspection Fee Schedule has been adopted and is posted on the website as well.
Additional information will be added to the website as we transition to the new service provider. The City of Lake Mills building inspection service will no longer be our provider, please do not drop applications or fees off at the City Hall.
All Fees and Applications should be submitted to the Town of Lake Mills following the instructions posted on the website.
