SHOREWOOD HILLS/MONDAY GARBAGE ROUTE
NOTICE OF YARD WASTE PICK-UP
The Town encourages residents in this more densely populated area to utilize the roadside yard waste pick up rather than burning yard waste.
You are hereby notified that a roadside yard waste pickup will take place on Saturday May 4, 2024, beginning at 6:00AM for the residential Shorewood Hills area garbage and recycling route (Monday route) only. This includes the North End of Rock Lake and Elm Point, Linden Street and Sandy Beach Rd. Please have yard waste placed at the road the night prior to the pickup.
- Please place yard waste and brush at the curb by 6:00 a.m.
- Place items within 6 feet of curb if possible.
- Do not put out non-compostable materials for yard waste pickup.
- Yard waste must be placed in compostable paper bags or clear plastic bags.
- Brush must be in bundles weighing no more than 50 lbs and in lengths of no more than 4 feet.
- Materials that exceed the weight or length limit will not be collected.
- There is a 30-bag limit per stop.
